Auto Attendant

Auto Attendant is charged on a per instance per month basis. This means for every level of automation your business requires or every menu that is on your system. We also have the option to have your greetings and menu options professional recorded for an additional fee.

CRM Integration

CRM Integration is charged on a per user per month basis and is not included as standard on any of our user licences.

Toolbar Assistant

Our Toolbar Assistant is an incredibly useful tool for your organisation and is charged per user per month. Whilst it is not included as standard on any user licences, it is offered at an extremely affordable rate should you wish to add it to your system.

Call Logging

Company-wide call records, comparison and analytical tools for tracking and improving the efficiency of your business

Call Recording

Call recording is charged on a per user per month basis and is not included as standard on any of our user licences.

Huntgroups

You are able to have as many Standard Huntgroups as you desire at no extra cost as they are included as standard with any user licence. For Enhanced Huntgroup capability, it is charged at a per Enhanced Huntgroup per month basis.

Number Portability

You can move your existing numbers that are currently on traditional lines onto the VoIP exchange

UC Office

UC Office is charged per user licence and is an additional cost to user licence per month. UC Office utilises the power of VoIP to allow a single number to be accessed across several different devices. With the ability to make and receive calls from an Android (2.3 and later), iPhone (4 and later), Mac (Snow Leopard or above) or Windows PC, employees are able to keep in touch anywhere they can access an internet connection.UC Office can operate as either a primary phone or in addition to physical business handset – forming part of your mobile worker or business continuity strategy.
